Go to your website right now and ask yourself if you would do business with you? Does the website look clean and clear? Does it load quickly? Does it look friendly and engaging? Is it clear from the website what you do? Are their examples of happy customers on the website? Can you get around the website easily?

Then get a second opinion. This could be a colleague, friend, family member or a loyal customer. Ask them to answer the above questions honestly and listen to what they have to say.
